Of course everything will be online in the near future, including newspaper and magazine. The advantage of using online newspaper is immense. First of all, it costs nothing to publish news online, no cost for readers either, especially readers living in developing country such as Cambodia. If they have a smartphone, they could enjoy reading and watching everything online newspaper could give them.
For this purpose, "KHLocalNews", a Blogger template, was created with an objective to help Cambodian community to run their online newspaper with free of charge on Blogger platform.
