In the world of media, picture plays very important role in illustrating media's content. If it happens to inform reader about a joyful event, journalist very often tends to show to reader as much pictures as possible. In this case, the article is called "photo essay" or "photoessay".
Nevertheless, picture in newspaper is not always look nice. Especially, when it happens to report bad news such as accident, natural disaster and/or crime, journalist has to put unpleasant picture(s) about the event in their article.
In consequence, a problem persists for print newspaper - there is not enough space in print newspaper - journalist could not put as many pictures as he/she wants in his/her article; and they could not make their article's title as long as they could, it all abut the "problem of space".
In contrast, online newspaper solves all problems existing in print newspaper. As a result, when journalist writes article for online newspaper, he/she could make as long long title as possible, put as much pictures as they want. No more problem of space in online newspaper.
For this reason, "KHDevNews", another Blogger template, was created to take all advantage of online newspaper. It was conceived to help Cambodian community to run their online newspaper with free of charge on Blogger platform.
