"ONE COMMUNE, ONE FREE ONLINE NEWSPAPER"
Many experts in development have agreed on a point that "connectivity" is an important element for globalization in the near future. Hence, if everybody is connected to the world, it seems like everybody lives close to each other. In another word, we can say that the world is smaller than before.
Obviously, there is an existing device which is connecting many people to the world, that device is "SMARTPHONE" that almost everybody in the world owns at least one today, even people living in remote area, they also prefer to use smartphone in their daily life.
Another fact is besides reading news on the Internet, people also like to publish news online in order to let other people know about what happens in their town, and/or what they need to buy or sell to other town nearby etc.
For this reason, a new Blogger template, called "KHCommunityNews", was created with the same purpose of helping Cambodian community to run their online newspaper with free of charge on Blogger platform.
As other Blogger templates created by DEVOpenBlogger team, KHCommunityNews gives us the possibility to publish a variety of information, ranking from simple news article to movie series. For movie series, this template allows us to create unlimited playlists. More than that, this template supports all kind of mobile device such as smartphone, tablet etc.
